It’s the quickest, easiest way to drop 2lbs. to fit into that little dress for the weekend! It’s called getting sick! And the good news, you don’t have to do anything! I spent all of Monday in bed with The Sound of Music playing on my computer, drifting in and out of slumber with a glass of water by my side. Since my appetite was so diminished, I just let my immune system drain my energy and eat away at my sick body, and I think I lost 2 lbs! Wowie! Only problem there is, I am still feeling too weak to dominate the free weights at the gym.
I suppose, you can’t choose to be sick, but you do have some options. Go on a ‘fast’ where you eat very little, as one would while sick and with decreased appetite, and sit in bed all day, OR go lick some dirty doorknobs. Make out with some questionable characters. Surely there’s a virus out there that’s just waiting to slim you down!
